You will be directly engaging with clients to inform and process their annual renewals, managing communications, payments, and customer service with diligence and warmth.

• Handle high volume of calls and email inquiries.
• Understand customer needs, provide solutions, and maintain communication records.
• Document processing and customer account management.
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Go above and beyond to engage with customers.

• Experience:
  
  Background in customer support or sales.
• Skills:
  
  Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
• Qualifications:
  
  High school diploma required; further education is advantageous.
• Personality: A customer-first attitude with the adaptability to interact with various individuals.
• Abilities:
  Strong communication, presentation, multitasking, and time management skills.
