Summary
Join the flagship store at The Shops At Crystals as a Client Advisor responsible for creating memorable, personalized experiences that elevate the Brand. This full-time role focuses on building long-term client relationships, advising clients across all product categories, and using in-house clienteling tools to drive sales and retention.
Responsibilities- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and targets
- Learn and master Brand and product knowledge across categories
- Advise and guide clients across the Brand to meet their needs
- Leverage clienteling tools to develop and maintain long-term relationships
- Tailor in-store experiences to elevate client impression of the Brand
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering luxury service
- Previous retail or customer-centric experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury market
- Strong sales and commercial mindset with target-driven orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and perform in a fast-paced environment
