Director of Membership Sales & Marketing

Overview

Las Vegas Country Club is seeking an experienced, polished, and results‑driven Director of Membership Sales & Marketing to lead the Club's membership growth, polished communication with members and marketing initiatives.

• Three to five years at least of successful experience in membership sales & marketing at private clubs, luxury hospitality, or other related fields.
• Marketing & Sales experience at Private Club is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with members and prospective members.
• Professional appearance and positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently as well as with management and other departments at club.
• Not required but Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.

This is a hands‑on, sales‑focused position responsible for generating qualified prospects, conducting Club tours, managing the sales process, converting prospects into new members, and achieving annual membership goals. The Director will also lead the Club's membership marketing strategy and oversee its digital marketing, communications, community outreach, and promotional initiatives.
