AIR Communities is hiring an Apartment Leasing Sales Consultant for Capri North & South in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This is more than a leasing role. It is an opportunity to build relationships, guide prospective residents through an important decision, and turn interest into signed leases.

What We Offer

  • Base Pay of $20 per hour plus uncapped commission opportunities with multiple ways to maximize earnings.
  • Multiple opportunities to increase commission per lease including:
    • Higher-rent apartment homes: Updated finishes, larger floor plans, better views, etc.
    • Exceeding monthly goal:Several tiers to increase percentage of total lease value earned per lease
    • Longer lease term:18-month or longer vs. the standard 12-month length
  • 25% Rent Discount
    at any AIR community.
    • Option to live onsite with zero commute or at a nearby AIR community.
  • Possible Extended Time Off (depending on business need)to enjoy aWinter Break after peak season has ended.
  • During this unpaid break, you'll retain your benefits, including your 25% rent discount, while enjoying time to recharge before returning for peak leasing season.

What You Will Do

  • Turn qualified prospects into residents through prompt follow-up, engaging tours, and personalized recommendations based on their needs.
  • Confidently present apartment homes, amenities, and lease options, address questions, overcome objections, and guide prospects toward choosing their next home.
  • Build and manage an active sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing, conversion, and occupancy goals.
  • Maintain accurate prospect activity, appointments, and next steps in AIR’s leasing systems.
  • Create an exceptional experience for prospects and residents while supporting community marketing and leasing initiatives.
  • Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
Qualifications

What You Have

  • At least 1 year of sales, leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales, leasing, conversion, or revenue goals.
  • Experience engaging customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward a decision.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and objection-handling skills.
  • Comfort learning and using leasing, CRM, and communication technology.
  • Availability to work Monday and Wednesday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. Hours may vary based on community and season.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
