The Selling Advisor builds client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement. This onsite role serves customers in-store and digitally, sharing fashion and trend expertise while meeting sales and client development goals.
Responsibilities- Provide customer-centric service and demonstrate expert styling and product knowledge.
- Use digital selling tools, social media, and omnichannel inventory to connect with clients and drive sales.
- Meet personal sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals through outreach and business planning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in styling, fashion retail, technology-enabled client selling, and commission sales.
- Ability to set and achieve sales goals and work a flexible schedule.
