The Selling Advisor builds client relationships through personalized styling, exceptional service, and in-person and digital selling. The role uses fashion expertise and digital tools to grow sales and provide a tailored customer experience.
Responsibilities- Deliver customer-focused service and demonstrate styling, product, and brand knowledge.
- Use selling tools, digital technology, social media, and omnichannel inventory to connect with clients and sell.
- Achieve personal sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals through outreach and business planning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fashion, styling, or fashion retail experience.
- Experience selling to clients using digital tools and commission sales experience.
- Ability to set and achieve sales goals and maintain a flexible work schedule.
