- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including de‑escalating conflicts when appropriate and requesting assistance from law enforcement and/or emergency services as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
- Control access at designated entry points by verifying credentials, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and/or assisting with visitor check‑in requirements per location policy.
- Monitor cameras, alarms, and other systems when assigned, and report irregular activity according to post orders.
