Job SummaryThe Security Bike Officer ensures a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members while protecting company assets. Responsibilities include patrolling assigned areas, assisting guests, monitoring for suspicious activity, gaming violations, theft, safety hazards, medical emergencies, and property damage. Officers must know the location of emergency equipment and exits, report incidents promptly to Security Dispatch, and be ready to assist other officers.
They are expected to maintain professionalism, courtesy, and visibility in outdoor areas in accordance with Caesars Entertainment policies and mission.
- Ensure safety and security of all exterior property areas.
- Provide friendly and professional guest service, including accurate directions.
- Patrol outdoor spaces to deter criminal activity and identify hazards.
- Maintain and inspect issued bike and equipment, report issues promptly.
- Control traffic and report parking or traffic problems to management.
- Respond quickly to incidents and assist fellow officers when needed.
- Act as a first responder for medical emergencies, including First Aid and CPR.
- Document and investigate incidents requiring security intervention.
- Enforce company policies and comply with Nevada Gaming laws.
- Support civil and law enforcement authorities, including court testimony.
- Follow departmental procedures, including use-of-force guidelines.
- Maintain professional appearance and exercise sound judgment at all times.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school graduation or equivalent is required
- Proficient in English verbal and written
- Must have Nevada Driver’s License
- Must have a Nevada Gaming Registration Card, an Alcohol Awareness Card (AES/TAM), First Aid & CPR certifications
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
- Must undergo eight (8) hours of ASP (baton) training
- Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work and stand inside and outside, sometimes in heat more than 115 degrees, or cold as low as 10 degrees.
