Responsible for providing outstanding, friendly and informative guest service while maintaining safety throughout the property as directed. Works to ensure maximum Guest safety at all times while periodically patrolling assigned areas.

• Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting the Company Service Standards at all times
• Conduct internal investigations of allegations of misconduct by staff, including but not limited to guest, contractors and other staff, to contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
• Adhere to all company service and operating standards
• Answer guest questions in a manner that reflects understanding of the department and property
• Protect the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues
• Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior
• Escalate emergency situations to Supervisor, assistant director, and Director, as needed

• Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in both written and verbal form
• Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies, and procedures
• Ability to multitask
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays
• Must be able to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with team members and guests
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to obtain required work cards
• Must have the ability to swim in shallow water

• High School diploma or GED required
• Complete property academy as assigned

• Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods
• Work in an area that may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, ability to see color and may contain secondhand smoke
• Respond to emergencies and incidents within designated areas promptly and according to policy
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Constant contact with fellow team members and guests
• Ability to see color
