As a Security Officer - Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

* Set schedule:
Day: 9:30am to 5:30pm:
Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

* Excellent customer service is always your top priority, as you provide critical Access Control, greeting all who enter and issuing numbers.

* You are fluent in English and Spanish, which includes reading, writing, and speaking.

* You observe, survey, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.

* You provide rapid response in critical situations.

* You have the physical ability to conduct periodic foot patrols, which will include walking up and down stairs, inside/outside to keep facility safe and free of theft, damage, or threats for employees and guests.

* You are able to work on holidays, that fall on your normally scheduled shift.

* You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.

* You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

* You have at least a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.

* You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.

* You have 2 years Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience!

* You have a Valid PILB in hand.

* You are proficient in English/Spanish. To include reading, writing, and speaking.

* You have the physical stamina to be on your feet all day, plus walking up and down stairs.

* You are at least 21 years of age.

* You have High work ethic and integrity.

* You are a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
