**** THE JOB:
** As the Assistant Security Shift Manager supporting
** Dolby Live
** at Park MGM, you’ll play a critical role in delivering safe, seamless, high-profile live entertainment experiences. This is not a traditional resort shift role, you’ll serve as the primary security leader for the theater environment, partnering closely with Park MGM officers while overseeing best-in-class crowd management for concerts, residencies, and special this role, you’ll coordinate staffing plans, deploy resources strategically, and collaborate directly with tour managers and production teams to ensure artist and guest safety.
You’ll also work alongside external partners, including Metro and K9 units, when required for elevated security needs and large-scale events.

** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Promote a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
* Enforce company, local, state, and regulatory safety policies
* Manage security officers, support staff, and department operations
* Implement procedures, enforce policies, and provide coaching or discipline as needed
* Document incidents and ensure proper reporting and follow-up
* Respond to emergencies and reported threats
* Act as a liaison with outside agencies during security incidents
* Assist with and oversee onsite investigations as needed
* Address guest questions and concerns quickly and professionally
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** Must be 21 years of age or older
* High School Diploma or GED
* Two (2) years of direct security experience in a high-end resort/casino environment or law enforcement and/or military experience, with previous supervisory experience or in a team leader capacity preferred
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
* Ability to maintain professionalism and master leadership abilities
