Monitor and patrol assigned areas to provide a safe environment for guests, team members, the company and its property. Promotes outstanding guest relations.

• Provide protection for all team members and guests of the company and its assets.
• Conduct security patrol sweeps within the view of the public to provide a noticeable deterrent.
• Guard all transfers of money and tokens, when necessary
• Interact with local law enforcement agencies, as required.
• Patrol all areas of the Corporate office, assigned routes, and other locations as assigned.
• Respond to reports of guest or team member injury or illness.
• Preserve the scene of criminal activity for investigators and outside agencies.
• Utilize Scan-Exec bar code scanning device to document patrol
• Direct evacuations during emergencies and assist people as needed.
• Assigns keys from Key-Trac system to other associates
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous security, law enforcement, military and/or EMT experience preferred.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Proven experience remaining calm in high stress and emergency situations.
• Experience accurately perceiving, soundly reasoning, and correctly judging situations, occurrences and circumstances; assessing and prioritizing situations and determining appropriate response.
• Proven experience calmly working with upset patrons.
• Ability to professionally take leadership authority when necessary.
• Proven experience providing high level of guest service.
• Must be able to effectively use all computer systems applicable to the position.
• At least 21 years of age.
• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
• Verify right to work in the United States.
• Concealed Carry Firearm Permit (CCW) is a mandatory requirement for this position

• Uses a two-way radio or other communication devices in the course of work.

• Ability to successfully perform in a timely manner all the physical movements associated with situations that may present to Security personnel, including movements necessary to successfully complete company-assigned training courses applicable to the essential duties of the position.
