Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and report security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assist with visitor and staff directions, and help to support an orderly environment for patients, staff, and guests;
Document routine activities, incidents, and/or observations in required reports and communicate relevant updates during shift changes and with site contacts as needed
