Security Officer - Overnight Dispatch Operator

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or faculty by carrying out site-specific procedures and supporting security-related communications for the location;
Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems, then dispatch officers or appropriate personnel to incidents, service calls, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Document incidents, activity logs, dispatch records, and/or daily reports with clear and timely updates for Allied Universal leadership and site contacts;
Coordinate emergency response activities by relaying information to on-site personnel, campus partners, and/or first responders while following post orders and established protocols;
Support security-related operations by monitoring access activity, answering routine questions, and helping to deter unauthorized activity through prompt communication and attention to reported concerns
