Assist hospital staff with de-escalation of situations involving patients; restrain combative individuals as necessary;
Transport deceased patients to the morgue, as needed;
Escort patients from helicopter pad (high elevation) to the emergency room;
Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions
