Salary Range: $19.10 To $20.69 Hourly

United Security Services is looking for a part time, overnight Graveyard Dispatcher. • Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and radio communications.
• Dispatch security officers to incidents, disturbances, medical calls, or suspicious activity.
• Maintain accurate incident logs, reports, and daily activity records.
• Answer emergency and non‑emergency calls professionally.
• Coordinate with mall management, local law enforcement, fire, or EMS when needed.
• Track officer locations and ensure timely response to incidents.
• Report safety hazards, lost children, theft, or property damage.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow security procedures at all times.

• Previous dispatch, customer service, or security experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to remain calm during emergencies.
• Basic computer skills.
