** THE JOB**:

As a Security Officer, you’ll be part of a highly trained team dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment at T-Mobile and Grand Garden Arenas.  Acting as a visible presence and first line of response, you’ll play a critical role in addressing security concerns, responding to emergencies, and supporting life safety efforts.

** THE STARTING RATE:**  $20.00 / Per Hour
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Provide excellent service to guests and employees; help resolve any complaints or issues
* Patrol and monitor all areas of the property, including the outside, using a bicycle or company vehicle
* Secure emergency scenes to prevent more damage or harm, alert others to danger, call emergency responders, and lead evacuations if needed
* Write reports about daily activities and any unusual events, such as damage, theft, or accidents
* Use phones or two-way radios to send and receive messages, including emergency calls
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** Must be 18 years of age or older
* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
* One (1) year of prior relevant guest services experience, preferably in a similar resort setting
* Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
* This position is event based - must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
