As a casual Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

• Set schedule: Must have open availability for any shift/day/hours/location as needed. To be discussed during interview.
• Competitive hourly wage of $19 / hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees).

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
• Respond quickly to critical situations.
• Provide critical access control using screening of guests, employees, vendors, and other guests.
• Provide appropriate badges at the facility.
• Read and write detailed reports accurately.
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Patrol as needed, inside or outside, by foot, golf cart, or car.
• Take on any shift and assignment as needed.
• Learns various tasks requested.
• Proficient working with electronics.
• Maintain vehicles and other assigned equipment, following proper procedures.
• Certified in basic first aid, CPR/AED.

• Able to stand or walk for long periods of time.
• Multitask and work well under pressure.
• At least 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of security experience, with 1 year in a fast‑paced environment, or equal military/law enforcement experience.
• Valid PILB (Police Identification) in hand.
• High school diploma, GED, or higher degree.
• Certification in CPR/AED obtained within 5 days.
• Can work any shift as needed.
• Can work any site as needed.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
