Armed Security Officer - Access Control

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observed activity and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities as appropriate;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout storefront areas, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and assist with enforcing location rules related to restricted areas, closing procedures, and/or after-hours access;
Support incident response by providing visible presence, assisting with de-escalation when appropriate, and completing required reports related to policy violations, suspicious activity, and/or emergency events
