Security Officer – (Part-Time) – Durango

Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer at Durango, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of guests and team members in a welcoming and luxurious environment.
ResponsibilitiesRespond to and assist in all emergencies, including fires, medical emergencies, and criminal activity.
Patrol and observe all public areas, team member service areas, and company grounds to maintain safety.
Observe, report, and take action as directed by the supervisor regarding suspicious or unusual situations, and document all incidents.
QualificationsPrevious Security Officer, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
Physical ability to subdue persons, run, climb stairs, sit, stand, and walk for the duration of the shift; ability to drag an unconscious person during evacuation.
Obtain a Nevada Gaming registration (must be at least 21 years old), Alcohol Awareness Certification card (must be at least 21), and a valid driver’s license.
