Account Manager

Salary - $80,000 - $83,000 annually

About the Role

The Account Supervisor oversees daily security operations across multiple critical infrastructure sites. This leadership role ensures consistent service delivery, compliance with all requirements, and effective supervision of both armed and unarmed officers.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Provide hands‑on supervision and leadership to the security team.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for 24/7 coverage.
  • Ensure all officers are trained, qualified, and prepared before assignment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client.
  • Conduct site inspections, performance evaluations, and quality assurance.
  • Deliver classroom training and ongoing development for officers.
  • Respond to emergencies and operational issues; maintain 24/7 availability.
  • Ensure coverage during vacations, sick leave, and unexpected absences.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.
Qualifications
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of security experience as an Area Manager/Supervisor and prior experience as a security officer or a degree in criminal justice or related field.
  • Understand and retain knowledge of Federal, State, Local and Owner policies, procedures, rules, regulations, statutes.
  • Write, read, understand and implement post orders and other specialized documents as required.
  • Maintain a clean, neatly groomed and professional appearance.
  • Speak and write fluently in English and maintain English fluency in stressful and emergency situations.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic.
  • Possess above average communication skills for effective interactions with public, employees, and personnel of public safety agencies.
  • Be available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week via telephone and demonstrate the ability to respond to emergencies in a reasonable amount of time.
  • Ensure there is adequate coverage during vacation/sick days.
