Security Officer - High Rise

Position: Security Officer - High Rise Day
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and sharing information with property management and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention;
Monitor access points and community amenities, observe visitor and/or contractor activity, and follow post instructions to help support authorized entry and property rules;
Report maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or security-related concerns observed during patrols, and assist with directions or general assistance for residents and visitors as needed
