Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Surveillance Security Officer (PT Experienced Security Dispatcher) in Los Vegas, NV.
What matters most about this role is your sharp eye for detail while monitoring multiple screens. The position involves spotting threats before they become serious, in environments such as a security operations center, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

Los Vegas, NV - Schedule:
24‑hour work week with PT Swing/Grave combo – 2 PM to 10 PM:
Saturday & Sunday; 10 PM to 6 AM:
Thursday. - Hourly wage: $21.50/hr (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees).

- Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
- Respond quickly to critical situations.
- Screen guests, employees, vendors, and others for access control; screen upon exiting.
- Patrol grounds inside and outside the facility by car and foot.
- Issue appropriate badges at the facility.
- Answer phones and coordinate with Patrol Officers for coverage.
- Read and write detailed reports accurately.
- Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Operate electronics, computers, radios, and advanced CCTV systems.
- Handle varying temperatures inside and outside the property.
- Maintain vehicles and equipment following proper procedures.
- Hold or obtain CPR/AED certification within 2 weeks of offer.
- Capable of walking, sitting, standing in various weather conditions during shift.
- Multitask and thrive under pressure.
- 21 years or older.
- Valid driver's license.
- Minimum 2 years security experience, with at least 1 year in a highly sensitive manufacturing facility.
- Minimum 1 year top‑flight dispatch security operations.
- Valid PILB (Professional Identification License) in hand.
- HS Diploma, GED, or higher degree.
- Superior computer and electronic skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- CPR/AED certification obtained within 1 week of offer.
- Gaming License obtained within first two weeks of offer.
- U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
