ARMED SECURITY SUPERVISOR - FULL-TIME

Location:

Faith Lutheran - Las Vegas, NV

Pay: $26/hour

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Summary:

United Security Services is seeking an experienced Armed Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and personnel. This role ensures a safe environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism, accountability, and client service.

Armed Security Supervisor Responsibilities:

* Supervise and support on-site security staff

* Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations

* Coordinate schedules, assignments, and coverage

* Serve as point of contact for client and management

* Assist with incident response, reporting, and investigations

* Additional duties as needed

Armed Security Supervisor Requirements:

* Minimum 4 years of experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military

* Minimum 2 years of security supervisory experience

* Valid Nevada PILB Armed Guard Card

* Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and MVR

* Strong leadership and communication skills
