Armed Security Officer - Community Services

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting relevant details to site contacts and/or local authorities when needed;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and/or public-facing spaces while verifying credentials, controlling access, and following post orders related to government operations and sensitive locations;
Prepare clear reports, maintain assigned equipment, and follow all applicable post instructions, use-of-force guidelines, and firearm-related protocols
