Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time Fri 06:00 AM – 06:00 PM

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while preparing clear, timely reports on security‑related activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and high‑traffic locations, verify credentials when required, and support de‑escalation efforts during security‑related events.
• Work collaboratively with site leadership, medical personnel, and first responders during emergencies and/or routine operations while following post orders and applicable armed post guidelines.

• Have at least 1 year of armed security‑related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Possess a Certified Protection Officer certification.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical‑related field.
• Have at least 5 years of security‑related experience.
