We are seeking an energetic and vigilant Unarmed Security Guard to protect our facility and staff. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through regular patrols of the property (every 15 minutes). Your proactive approach will ensure safety at all times while supporting our commitment to outstanding service.

• Monitor premises and detect suspicious activity.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential security issues or safety hazards.
• Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances with effective conflict management techniques.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing and reporting theft or vandalism activities.
• Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and security records accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to ensure safety.
• Drug free workplace; be able to pass random drug testing.

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of surveillance and security protocols is preferred.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and ethical.
• Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and security best practices.
• Able to work in a very fast paced environment.
