As a University Police Officer 2, you will perform full‑service law enforcement duties including:

• Patrol and protection of university campuses and surrounding areas
• Criminal and non‑criminal investigations
• Traffic enforcement and collision investigation
• Event security and large‑scale campus operations
• Community engagement with students, faculty, and staff
• Court appearances and report preparation

Salary range: $81,578.16 (Grade 40, Step
1) – $ (Grade 40, Step 10)

Graduation from high school or equivalent education and one year of law enforcement experience; or Associate of Arts degree or equivalent coursework in criminal justice, police science, psychology, or closely related field and six months of law enforcement experience; or one year of experience as a University Police Officer I in Nevada State service.
