As a Security Officer - Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

* Excellent customer service is always your top priority.

* You can be on your feet throughout your shift conducting regular indoor/outdoor patrols and also patrol by car in a safe manner.

* You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.

* You provide rapid response in critical situations.

* You have a flexible schedule that also allows you to work weekends.

* You enjoy rewards for doing a good day's work by apprehending those who steal.

* You control access to the facility making sure that employees, customers, and guests feel safe.

* You have excellent attention to detail as you screen employees, and guests coming and going.

* You excel at reading and writing detailed reports.

* You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

* You have at least a copy of your HS Diploma or Transcripts in hand.

* You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.

* You have at least 1 year experience as a Security Officer.

* You have 2 years' experience as an armed Security Officer.

* You have an Armed PILB in hand.

* You have an approved weapon/ammo/holster.

* You are current with your weapon qualification.

* You have a Valid Driver's License.

* You are at least 21 years of age or older.

* You currently have or can obtain within 10 days of an offer; certification in CPR/AED/First Aid.

* You are able to pass a Psych Eval prior to having any interview.

* You are flexible to work any shift, and any location as needed.

* You must have strong work ethic, and high integrity.

* You authorized to work in the U.S.
