Job Summary
The SRT Supervisor will assist and liaise effectively with Caesars Entertainment security personnel, law enforcement agencies, and local partners as requested. The supervisor will perform all duties in accordance with Caesars Entertainment policies and procedures, and within the realm of the Caesars Entertainment mission statement. The supervisor will ensure proper deployment strategies and monitor the performance of SRT members under the scope of their control.

Proactively identify and respond to emergency situations—including acts of violence, crisis, weapons incidents, explosive incidents, natural disasters, and a wide range of hazard‑posing issues—using the appropriate escalation of force up to and including armed response by following established protocol.
Assist in emergency situations by securing the scene to prevent further loss or damage, advising personnel of threats and potential threats, summoning emergency responders, and initiating and conducting evacuation procedures.
Render appropriate first aid to injured persons and follow established protocols for reporting injuries.
Safeguard and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information.
Maintain proficiency in the use of all protective equipment, restraint devices, and weapons.
Respond to direction and/or orders from supervisory personnel, especially in the context of an active shooter or an assault or similar situation.
Lead with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks.
Champion a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior within the organization.
Create a compliance culture and foster an environment where team members feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct.
Assist in daily security operations at properties as needed.
What You Will NeedMust be 21 years of age or older.
Must have a current valid Nevada Driver’s License and a clean Motor Vehicle Report.
Must be able to obtain and possess a Nevada Gaming License.
Ability to obtain a Concealed and Carry weapons permit issued by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (Required) or HR218 LEOSA.
Must obtain a Nevada alcohol awareness card.
Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and oral.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years of related credible experience; as a law enforcement officer, military police officer, or on a military special operations team, dignitary protection, or in other roles such as Special/Security Police Officer (SPO) that provided the required knowledge and skills of law enforcement operations, practices, techniques, and judicious use of force, including firearms.
Best candidates will have graduated from an accredited law enforcement academy or comparable course of instruction.
Experience in making judgments based on the application of experience, training, directions, rules, regulations, and laws in maintaining order and protecting life and property.
Experience in use of force decision‑making in an armed public‑facing capacity.
Working knowledge in investigative aspects, possessing investigative and analytical skills.
Must be tactful, maintain confidence, foster an ethical work environment, prevent inappropriate behavior from co‑workers, and handle all situations honestly.
Able to communicate clearly with staff, management, and the public through oral and written words.
Must be able to assume a role of authority as necessary in a high‑risk crisis, exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues.
Must show respect and be able to adapt to different values, cultures, and backgrounds when dealing with difficult people or situations.
Build and maintain long‑term associations based on trust and help others.
Demonstrated commitment to integrity and ethical conduct.
Must attend and pass all recurring mandatory legal, tactical, defensive tactics, first aid, CPR, firearms, and other training as a condition of continued employment.
