Mitigating Theft & Fraud: monitor entrances/exits and sales floor for potential theft, identify suspicious behavior, and communicate with leadership.;
Developing Great Teams & Partnerships: greet customers warmly, interact professionally with associates, and engage with internal/external partners.;
Mitigating Theft & Fraud: gather theft indicators and use internal/external intelligence to impact shortage trends.;
Minimizing Operational Shortage: train and educate associates on shortage reduction initiatives and oversee checkout procedures.
