As a Security Dispatcher, you play a critical role in maintaining the safety and integrity of the organization. You are responsible for overseeing real-time surveillance, coordinating prompt and effective communication, and deploying security personnel in response to incidents or requests for assistance. Your decisions directly impact the well-being of staff, visitors, and property. Your vigilance, coordination, and judgment are essential to the success of the entire security operation
