The CCTV OPERATORS plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring surveillance systems, coordinating incident response, and supporting enforcement of HOA rules and community standards. This position requires the ability to function effectively as both a
Surveillance Room Operator and a
Security Dispatch Specialist
, ensuring rapid response, accurate communication, and thorough documentation of all security-related activities.

Monitor all surveillance systems, including cameras, alarms, and access control systems

Identify suspicious activity and security incidents in real time

Report, document, and escalation incidents according to established protocols

Support enforcement of HOA rules by providing surveillance evidence and incident details

Receive, prioritize, and manage calls for service from residents, security officers, and management

Dispatch security officers efficiently to incidents and service requests

Maintain clear, professional communication with onsite security personnel and external emergency services (police, fire, medical)

Provide accurate, timely updates to management regarding incidents and responses

Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports and dispatch logs

Facilitate clear communication between residents, security officers, management, and emergency responders

Ensure strict adherence to company policies, security protocols, and confidentiality standards

Valid Nevada PILB Guard Card with Armed Endorsement

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective in high-pressure situations

Ability to multitask and prioritize rapidly changing situations

Basic computer proficiency; experience with surveillance or dispatch software preferred

Prior experience in security, dispatch, surveillance, or a related field is a plus
