Salary Range: $18.00 To $18.69 Hourly

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Central Station Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and responding to alarms, dispatching emergency services, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Central Station Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to work all shifts, overtime, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Team Player

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a central station or dispatch center
• Knowledge of security systems and protocols
• PILB card
• Knowledge of MS Office Applications

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to alarms and emergency signals
• Dispatch emergency services as needed via phone and two-way radio.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and incidents
• Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties

Skills:

As a Central Station Operator, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You will also use your ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment to monitor and respond to alarms and emergency signals. Knowledge of security systems and protocols is preferred but not required. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are also a plus.
