• Respond to service requests for minor repairs to a wide variety of in‑store equipment (HVAC, refrigeration, beverage & food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers)
• Handle plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency
• Train other Level I technicians, prioritize work, perform basic maintenance on structures, and other duties as needed

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• 1+ years general repairs and maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Leadership, peer‑to‑peer tech support, effective communication, stretch assignment handling, facility location ownership, and time management skills
