Job Summary If you’re a licensed Plumbing Technician who enjoys educating homeowners, presenting solutions, and earning based on performance, this role is for you. We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused Plumbing Sales Technician to join our growing, supportive team. This is a service-to-sales role where your technical expertise directly drives income and career growth.

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including re-pipes, water heaters, tankless systems, drain clogs, and water softeners
• Perform full-home plumbing inspections and identify repair, replacement, and upgrade opportunities
• Present clear, professional options to homeowners and guide them toward the best solutions for their needs
• Actively upsell recommended repairs, system upgrades, and preventative maintenance
• Build trust through strong communication, transparency, and 5-star customer service
• Use Service Titan to manage service calls, create estimates, take photos, and document job notes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service truck
• Collaborate with dispatch and leadership to maximize efficiency, conversion, and customer satisfaction

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong in-home sales skills with the ability to confidently present and close recommended work
• Proven ability to upsell repairs, replacements, and system upgrades
• Comfortable working in a performance-based, sales-driven environment
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability with attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable using tablets and service software (Service Titan experience is a plus)
• Professional, motivated, and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
