Capital Maintenance Tech (HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing) – Property Management

We are looking for an experienced Capital Maintenance Technician to manage the maintenance of apartment complexes and extended-stay hotels. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in large multi-unit properties.

• System Maintenance:
  Install, repair, and maintain HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in apartment complexes and extended-stay hotels.
• Preventive & Emergency Repairs:
  Perform routine maintenance to prevent issues and respond quickly to emergencies.
• Property Operations:
  Manage industrial-scale systems and work with property managers to minimize disruptions.
• Troubleshooting:
  Diagnose and fix system problems using industrial tools and schematics.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Ensure work complies with safety regulations and building codes.
• Vendor Coordination:
  Work with outside contractors for larger or specialized projects.
• Inventory Management:
  Keep track of parts and tools for maintenance and repairs.
• Customer Service:
  Communicate with residents and guests to resolve maintenance issues promptly.

  Experience:
  
  Background in maintaining large-scale HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in apartments or hotels.
• Certifications:
  
  Required licenses for HVAC, electrical, or plumbing work.
• Problem-Solving:
  Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex issues.
• Physical Stamina:
  Able to lift and move heavy equipment.
