Plumbing Install Coordinator — We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to oversee plumbing installation projects from start to finish. This role involves scheduling, coordinating technicians, communicating with customers, and ensuring installations are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

• Schedule and coordinate plumbing installation projects with customers and field technicians.
• Prepare job scopes, verify materials, and confirm installation requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the installation process.
• Ensure installations are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Communicate with project managers, field technicians, and suppliers to resolve issues quickly.
• Track job progress, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates to management.
• Support the sales team by providing technical and logistical guidance during the project handoff.

• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or construction project coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality.
