We are seeking a skilled and experienced A&P Technician
. In this role, you will perform routine inspections, repairs, modifications, and troubleshooting on customer aircraft while ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with manufacturer manuals and FAA‑approved data. This position requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
- Perform aircraft repairs and modifications as required.
- Conduct inspections per maintenance programs, inspection packages, and modification requirements.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve aircraft system malfunctions.
- Provide ongoing status updates to supervisor or lead technician.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, following good housekeeping practices.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Perform system functional tests and accurately interpret technical prints and manuals.
- Promote safety by performing only authorized work within established procedures.
- Complete assigned tasks within established standards and estimated time frames.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or lead.
- Valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license.
- 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
- Ability to understand and interpret airframe manuals, engineering drawings, and technical prints.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working on business aircraft (preferred but not required).
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificates required.

This is a Contract position based out of Las Vegas, NV.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $55.00/hr.
