The Commercial HVAC Senior Technician is a vital part of the Bob’s Repair team, responsible for performing a wide range of commercial HVAC services, including installation, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair. This role requires high-level technical skill, a strong work ethic, and top-tier customer service. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands‑on commercial HVAC experience and is committed to excellence and growth.

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and precision tune‑ups
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests
• Clearly communicate with customers and establish rapport
• Accurately complete paperwork and digital records
• Maintain high safety and professionalism standards
• Support sales of commercial HVAC equipment and service agreements
• Occasionally assist with HVAC equipment installation

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC service, maintenance, and repair experience
• Proficient in troubleshooting new and old systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self‑motivated with a team‑first attitude
• Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities
• Willingness to follow company SOPs and adapt as needed

• EPA Certification and Refrigerant Certification (Required)
• OSHA 10 Certification (Required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Must own basic hand tools and gauges
• Must be fluent in English (read, write, speak)
• Able to relocate to Las Vegas, NV 89120 before starting (Required)

• HVAC Repair Commission: 25% on repairs (compressors, UV lights, filters, air scrubbers, motors, capacitors, blowers, fuses, etc.)
• Sales Commission: 7% on all HVAC unit sales you generate
