Job DescriptionThe Plumber is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of commercial plumbing systems across Ellis Island Casino, Hotel, and Village Pub properties. This role ensures all plumbing infrastructure—including water supply, drainage, gas, and sewage systems—is operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local codes and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be dependable, technically skilled, and available to respond to emergency plumbing calls on a rotating on-call basis.

In-person in Las Vegas, NV:
Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required). Traveling to all facility locations is required. Service Technicians will operate a company-provided service vehicle, which is typically taken home at the end of each workday.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems including water supply lines, drain systems, sewer lines, gas lines, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure reliable water flow, drainage, and gas distribution across all facilities.
- Maintain and troubleshoot commercial plumbing infrastructure including restrooms, guest rooms, kitchens, breweries, and back-of-house areas.
- Respond to plumbing service calls promptly, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as part of a rotating on-call schedule.
- Travel between company sites to perform inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of plumbing repairs, materials used, and time spent on service calls using a work order system.
- Ensure all plumbing work is completed in compliance with local plumbing codes, OSHA standards, and company safety policies.
- Collaborate with Facilities and Service Technicians when plumbing systems impact HVAC, refrigeration, or kitchen equipment operations.
- Source and order necessary plumbing parts, fixtures, and materials in coordination with the Facilities team.
- Provide input on plumbing infrastructure upgrades, water efficiency improvements, and capital improvement projects.
- Support special plumbing projects, remodels, and property upgrades as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an accredited plumbing apprenticeship or trade school preferred.
- Valid Nevada Plumbing License (Journeyman or higher) required or ability to obtain.
At least 3-5 years of commercial plumbing experience, preferably in hospitality, casino, or high-volume facilities. - Proven experience installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial water, drainage, sewage, and gas systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills related to plumbing infrastructure and system failures.
- Proficient with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and digital work order platforms.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations regarding safety, health, and environmental compliance.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple plumbing requests in a fast-paced, 24/7 hospitality environment.
- Maintain a state-issued driver's license and a clean DMV record to be available to use a Company vehicle if needed and adhere to the Company's Driver Policy.
- Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, with participation in a rotating on-call schedule required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be willing and able to travel between casino, hotel, brewery, and Village Pub locations to provide on-site plumbing support.
- Ability to submit to and pass a background check prior to hire.
- Ability to submit to and pass a drug test prior to hire.
