We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and building system issues.
• Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Stay current on safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades to existing systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations with professionalism.

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Proficiency in using electrical and manual equipment and tools.
• Familiarity with safety and maintenance procedures.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently or within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in maintenance is a plus.
