Commercial Installer - Journeyman

Responsibilities

• practice best insulation practices and train insulation, plaster, sealer, and spray helpers
• install products as allowed by CBAs and/or project labor agreements
• understand blueprints and sketches
• measure, shape, and cut materials to specified measurements
• insulate, spray, plaster, trowel, seal, cover, wrap, staple, glue and fit insulating/sealant/foam/materials
• review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with product(s), tools, and equipment for the day
• complete vehicle safety and job site inspections
• safely unload and stage material at job site
• report safety, customer, or quality concerns
• maintain a clean work area at all times
• perform any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned per the CBAs

• Minimum age of 18 years
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required
• Position designated as safety sensitive

Local; out of town travel as required. Daily travel to job sites.

Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted to load and unload various products. Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, stand, and ladder climbing as needed, including confined spaces and small areas.

$36.80 - $36.80 per hour (range varies based on relevant factors).
