Are you a skilled maintenance professional with strong HVAC and mechanical experience? Do you enjoy troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working hands‑on in a fast‑paced environment? If so, we’d love to meet you!
We’re currently seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our resort maintenance team. In this important role, you’ll help maintain the property’s mechanical systems, HVAC equipment, and facility operations to ensure a safe, comfortable, and exceptional experience for our guests and team members.
Pay rate: $24.60/hr

9940 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89183
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, equipment, and facility machinery
Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues
Respond to emergency and unscheduled maintenance repairs as needed
Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and work orders
Repair or replace defective parts and test equipment for proper operation
Perform general maintenance duties including plumbing, carpentry, and repairs throughout the property
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop
Provide friendly, professional service to guests and team members
Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions promptly
What We’re Looking For:3+ years of maintenance or mechanical experience required
HVAC experience required; resort, apartment, or condominium experience preferred
Universal HVAC Certification required
OSHA 10 Certification preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and respond quickly to emergencies
Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on‑call shifts
Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
