Respond to customer calls and complaints in a positive, well-mannered, and timely manner;
Supervise public space temperature making appropriate adjustments and starting/stopping fans as required;
Interact with the Supervising Engineer and assist in start up, shutdown, and operation of all HVAC equipment;
Visually inspect gauges, dials, and mechanical equipment;
Change filters on HVAC and fan coil units
