Key Responsibilities- Diagnose HVAC Systems:
Accurately identify issues with residential and commercial HVAC systems, ensuring efficient problem resolution. - Repair HVAC Systems:
Execute precise repairs for HVAC systems to meet customer needs and ensure system reliability. - Provide Outstanding Customer Service:
Exhibit professionalism and pride in customer interactions, fostering trust and satisfaction. - Drive Sales Performance:
Leverage phenomenal sales skills to offer clients tailored HVAC solutions and upgrades, achieving and exceeding set sales goals. - Follow Company Metrics:
Consistently meet high-performance metrics related to service delivery, customer satisfaction, and sales. - Demonstrate Professionalism:
Maintain a clean driving record, a professional appearance, and a positive attitude. - Continuous Improvement:
Embrace coaching opportunities and feedback to grow your technical and sales capabilities. - Maintain Tools:
Use and maintain your own tools to deliver effective, quality service. - Adapt to Seasonal Demands:
Commit to the company’s summer blackout period for vacation (June 1–August 31), ensuring availability during peak service times.
- Minimum of 2 years working in the HVAC industry, with a proven track record in diagnostics, repairs, and sales.
- Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot and repair efficiently. - Sales Acumen:
Exceptional sales skills with the ability to connect with customers and offer them tailored solutions. - Customer Service
Skills:
A natural ability to build relationships and provide an exceptional experience for every customer. - Driving Record: A clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.
- Tools:
Ownership of your own HVAC tools. - Certification: A valid EPA card or Universal certification.

Willingness to accept constructive feedback and implement coaching for continuous improvement.
