Provide intermediate facilities maintenance including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing; perform repairs on pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs;
Replace electrical components such as breakers, ballasts, switches, and sockets and troubleshoot hazards;
Complete preventative maintenance on HVAC and other systems;
Repair interior walls, wall coverings, ceilings, and paint as needed;
Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor and adhere to safety programs
