Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Backhoe and Excavator Operators for temporary positions in Las Vegas. This role requires safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery to support excavation, site preparation, and other construction tasks. Responsibilities:

• Operate backhoes, excavators, or other heavy machinery safely and effectively
• Excavate trenches, foundations, and construction areas according to project specifications
• Load, move, and grade materials as directed
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs
• Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and site regulations
• Work collaboratively with site supervisors and labor teams
