What we are looking for:- Strong knowledge and aptitude in Electrical work/contracting
- Ability to lead through inspiration and influence
- Strong working knowledge of lean construction principles
- Strong critical thinking skills with a safety-first mindset
- Strong integrity, work ethic, and pride in quality
- Desire to make a difference
- Journeyman or Masters License or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge and utilization of the NEC.
- Understand and follow the Project Specifications.
- Be production oriented with an emphasis on quality
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
