Skilled Laborer

Ledcor is looking for Skilled Laborers to join our core crew as we expand throughout Nevada and surrounding states. In this role you will work closely with carpenters and concrete finishers to construct telecommunications structures.

• Assist with the construction of telecommunications shelters and related infrastructure
• Assist in the installation of concrete formwork
• Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sites
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently to support construction activities
• Support site preparation activities and general maintenance
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and site requirements

• Current OSHA 10 certificate or willingness to obtain it shortly after hire
• Prior experience in construction or residential building projects
• Experience providing support to carpenters and concrete finishers preferred
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a team player mindset
• Knowledge of hand and power tools is preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol testing

• Monday to Friday, 7 a.m.–3 p.m., 8 hours per day
• Overtime rates apply after 40 hours per week; potential overtime per project requirements
• Travel required every four weeks throughout Nevada and surrounding states
• Living out allowance provided
• Work in all weather conditions
